A happy customer is our number one goal. If you're experiencing any issues at all, we want to hear about it, and most importantly, we want to make it right!
Please reach out by sending an email to support@soltcandles.com. We’ll respond with a personal email in 24-48 business hours.
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original condition along with all packaging. Please email us at support@soltcandles.com with your request for return and we’ll issue a Return Authorization Form with a Return Authorization Number (RA#), along with instructions for returning your candle.
